How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your timepiece, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do GINGIN watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every GINGIN watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and movement issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear or water damage beyond the specified ATM rating.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For select regions, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Affirm.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most GINGIN watches feature a water resistance rating of 5ATM, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water. However, we recommend avoiding swimming or showering with your leather-strap models to preserve the material quality.
How do I adjust the size of my watch strap?
Our mesh and link bracelets are designed for easy adjustment. Each order includes a small adjustment tool and a guide. If you prefer, any local jeweler can also resize the links for a perfect fit.
